This page is to help your shopping experience with us and answer some of the commonly asked questions that we get on payments. If you don't find an answer to your question then email us and we will reply within 24 hours.

How do I pay with my credit card?
Most people prefer the convienience of paying by credit card or debit card as it is easy and secure. All our credit cards are processed though our secure web site, when paying by credit card check that the golden padlock appears in your browser. See our site securtiy section for a full explanation of the way your details are protected.

Can I pay by PayPal?

Yes you can pay by PayPal. Just select the PayPal option during the checkout process.

Are my details secure?

Yes! All payments are processed through either secure website or Paypal under full strength secure connections. This means your credit card details are highly secure and very well protected.

Can I pay with any other method?
Yes! You can pay by cheque and postal order as well. Simply print off the order conformation and return it to us with your cheque or postal order for the total ammount. If you are paying by cheque we will dispatch the goods as soon as it has cleared.

What appears on my credit card/bank statement?
When you purchase from Just Earrings, your credit or banking statement will be debited with our company name 'Nightingale Jewellery'.
